What You Can Expect

New York State has given fitness studios a detailed list of guidelines to follow in our reopening. The following protocols are MANDATORY and will be enforced at all times:

• The studio comes equipped with a HEPA filtration system.

• Barring inclement weather, windows will remain open and studio fans will be on to allow for proper ventilation.

• The equipment in the studio has been rearranged to maximize space between instructors and clients.

• There is a hygiene station immediately within the entrance of the studio with hand sanitizer.

• Please come ready for your session; we are unable to offer a dressing room at this time.

• Should you be feeling less than 100%, upon request your instructor can move your in-studio session to a Zoom private.
